This whole folder is optional, meaning: it can be removed
from your own deployments, as long as you will not make
use of the functionality of the RichClient4s cWebKit-Class
(which acts as a Browser-COMponent-wrapper).

The libraries in this folder come under different licenses.

They were compiled using VC++ 2008 - and (other than the
vb_cairo_sqlite.dll) they do *not* contain the MS-Version-9-
runtime-libs statically, but require a preinstalled
version of these VC-2008-redistributables.
This is nowadays rarely necessary (Vista/Win7 does contain this
runtime-version already - and on well-maintained XP-Systems
(SP-wise), they are already installed as well... anyways,
here's a downloadlink for the redistributables, in case
they are missing on a given XP-machine:
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=5582

Licenses:
The two libraries
  - WebKit.dll
  - JavaScriptCore.dll
belong to the WebKit-Project and this is what WebKit.org states:
"WebKit is open source software with portions licensed under
   LGPL and BSD licenses..."
http://www.webkit.org/coding/bsd-license.html
http://www.webkit.org/coding/lgpl-license.html

Those two licenses allow commercial usage.
(in case of the LGPL, this is when no static linking was taking place,
which is not the case here with RichClient4s cWebKit-Wrapper-Class,
since everything WebKit-related is loaded dynamically from within
 vbRichClient4.dll).

But there's an additional "issue" with regards to the WebKit-
package and its redistribution along with closedsource Apps...
The "WebCore" of WebKit (normally, when coming with Safari)
does make use of Apples CoreFoundation-libs - and these come
under a special license, which would make the whole
redistribution complicated again. Similar problems
(potential showstoppers with regards to free redistribution)
are Apples CoreGraphics and CFNetwork-functionalities.

But thanks to the efforts of (mainly) Brent Fulgham (who initiated
and contributed most of the code for the Win-WebKit-Cairo-Port), all
of these "Apple-Core-dependencies" were replaced with alternatives.
Here's a short post from Brent, where he describes the problem and
the solutions.
http://www.mentby.com/brent-fulgham/webkit-corefoundationlib.html

Ok, so the Apple-(Core-)dependencies are not required/used here in
the WebKitCairo-Folder... and the WebCore is now using instead:
CFLite (APSL http://sourceforge.net/projects/opencflite/develop
		http://www.opensource.apple.com/license/apsl/)
cairo (LGPL/MPL http://cairographics.org/)
libcurl (MIT/X http://curl.haxx.se/docs/copyright.html)

So, everything's becoming "green" again with regards to
commercial usage and redistribution along with a closed-
source-app.

In addition the following libs are used/needed:
ssleay32.dll (BSD-style http://www.openssl.org/source/license.html)
libeay32.dll (BSD-style http://www.openssl.org/source/license.html)
libxml2.dll (MIT http://xmlsoft.org/FAQ.html#License)
libxslt.dll (MIT http://xmlsoft.org/XSLT/intro.html)
pthreadVC2.dll (LGPL http://sourceware.org/pthreads-win32/)

Ok, so in case you want to redistribute this folder
together with your Application, please include this
license-information too.
